Is the membership kit a scam?

I purchased a membership, and not only have I not received any email for any of the merch, whenever I try and contact someone it bounces my email back even though I'm using the right one to contact support, my membership level on the website has not even changed, it's been almost a week and if I don't get something by Wednesday I'm going to contact my bank.
